I (TimH) and Geoff will be brewing a batch of blonde ale on Saturday starting around noon.

- Canopies (Tom Gilles)
- Folding tables (Brian Marlowe, two 8 footers)(Tom Gilles 1 8 footer)
- Extention cords (Brian Marlowe, 50 ft + power strip)
- Trash can (Brian Marlowe)
- Chairs (Brian will bring 4)(Tom Gilles 2 or so)
- Food (I'm sure we can't BBQ but we could bring sandwiches, and chips?)

- brewing supplies
- ingredients (Tim and Geoff will bring ingredients for our Brew)
- system (Brett -Arc, Geoff will bring a burner and propane)
- wort chiller
- fermenters
- hose( I have a 15' food grade hose)
I do not work on Fridays and can help set up for Bend Brew Fest. I have 1/2 ton truck to haul. Also, have chairs that can be used for Fest and 7 gallon water jug - Lloyd (390-9614, lloydhorsley@bendbroadband.com)
I'm also available on Friday with Truck and 10 ft Trailer to haul stuff. I can be at the fest and Saturday and Sunday to help brew and answer questions. What else do we need? Tim K 388-8581. sailortim@gamil.com
Set up is on Thursday, beginning at Noon, not on Friday. Sorry for the late notice, but we just found out yesterday (Tuesday)--GeoffM
